Simple Chicken Korma recipeHere with have a simple chicken Korma recipe. Takes about 1 1/2 hours to complete from start to finish and feeds 4 - 5 people. MethodPut the chopped chicken into a bowl and mix it with the yoghurt, one clove of chopped garlic, salt, pepper, ginger, one onion and paprika for about 2 hours. Gently fry the last of the onion and garlic for about 2 minutes or less. Then set aside. Add the coriander to the casserole dish along with the cumin, cardamom seeds, tumeric and poppy seeds. Fry for a few minutes and then add the chicken. Make sure you poor enough water to cover. Then add the remaining marinade and the onion and garlic you set aside earlier and a bay leaf or two. Before serving, sprinkle with fresh coriander and serve! |
