Method
Lets start with grating the cheese and boiling the peas. Good start! OK now mix them togeether well and sthen set aside for later.Heat some oil in a large pan and throw in the chopped green chillies, slat, grated ginger, cloves and some garam masala.
Add the onion. When the onion starts to go brown add the yoghurt and the tin of tomatoes. Simmer for 5 - 10 minutes or untill it turns into a nice thick gravy.
Now, cut the potatos in half and hollow out the middle. Fill them with cheese and peas you mixed together earlier. cover in cornflower and salt and then deep fry.
Serve with some
8. Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves.
